"Locately has developed an ingenious technology to collect, package, and analyze information from mobile devices that will help businesses, such as market researchers and advertisers, take advantage of consumers' location-relevant lifestyle choices, but in a way that protects consumer privacy," said attorney Edmund J. Walsh, a Wolf Greenfield shareholder who is assisting the company with its patent portfolio.
